In 2026, Festival F will mark its 11th edition, running over three days from 3 to 5 September and reinforcing its identity as a festival that truly belongs to the city. Over more than a decade, F has grown, evolved and cemented its place as one of the country’s major cultural events, establishing itself as the Last Great Summer Festival. This year, Faro’s historic centre will once again be transformed into a vibrant open-air stage, with the festival, as is now tradition, crossing the walls of Vila Adentro and extending to the shores of the Ria Formosa. The whole city breathes music, art and creativity, in a celebration where heritage and modernity come together.
